Richwood Master Series handmade guitar "Songwriter O", solid spruce & ovangkol, cutaway, Fishman ISYS601
The Songwriter Series is developed to have a very focussed, voluminous and inspiring sound to accompany a singer songwriter as well as any other guitar player. In order to achieve this we applied the special lattice bracing. This bracing pattern is responsible for a well-defined tone with more punch than a guitar with a regular X-bracing.
To enhance this difference, we have new cosmetics with wooden bindings and bridge pins. A new rosette with abalone and wood and the absence of a pickguard.
The SWG-130-CE has a solid Sitka spruce top and ovangkol sides and back. The ovangkol give this guitar a powerful, yet light sound. The Fishman Isys+ amplification system ensures problem-free onstage performance.
As all Richwood Master Series, the Songwriter Series displays an excellent playability with a very comfortable neck profile.

I too am mightily impressed with my SWG-130-CE guitar, given its very reasonable price.
I bought it in the excellent Guitarland shop in Gracia in Barcelona; we had a lot of debate about the nature of the wood used for the back and sides; I must have misunderstood somewhere along the line, with my somewhat broken Spanish, and concluded it was mahogany, but I see from your web site that it is actually ovangkol - which I like! Well done. Could you tell me what make and gauge of strings you put on it? Thanks in advance.
I love this guitar!!
